Reaume Brothers Racing began in 1997 when John Reaume got his sons Jonathan and Joshua into competitive kart racing. From these humble beginnings, the brothers have chased the racing dream, competing in events all around the world, studying mechanical engineering at University and building a successful racing business specializing in karting and oval track racing.

In 2018, RBR expanded with a full-time effort in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. During the 2019 season, the team saw incredible growth. Starting the year off with a 6th place finish at Daytona, RBR competed for a win at Eldora with 2018 World of Outlaw Late Model Champion Mike Marlar behind the wheel, ultimately finishing 4th. Both of these finishes brought a great start to the young team, and provided much promise for the years ahead.

Later in 2020, RBR expanded into the NASCAR Xfinity Series, taking over the #93 car from RSS Racing. Reaume Brothers Racing took control of the entire operation to finish out the 2020 season with driver Myatt Snider behind the wheel. The team scored two top-tens and countless other great runs out of the emerging talent that Snider has become. 

Progressing into 2022, Reaume Brothers Racing partnered with former Dutch driver Toine Hezemans and Dutch entrepreneur Ernst Berg to form Team Hezeberg, a part time NASCAR Cup Series team. Team Hezeberg had a strong opening in the 64th running of the Daytona 500, with motorsports legend Jacques Villeneuve piloting the No. 27 Ford Mustang to a 22nd place finish. Along with the formation of Team Hezeberg, the team still competed full time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and part time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, continuing the diverse nature of the team and increasing the variety of talent brought to the organization.

The start of 2023 showed lots of promise. The possibility of a full-time driver, the beginning of a new partnership with Ford Performance, and more were growing on the team. However, that all changed the morning of January 26th. A fire broke out in the shop, leading to the destruction of years of hard work, and more importantly, two crew members being sent to the hospital. This was a monumental setback for the entire team, but we never gave up. Come Daytona less than 3 weeks from then, Reaume Brothers Racing brought not one, but two trucks that both competed in the season opening race. Jason White raced a tribute scheme on the No. 34 that read “From the ashes we will rise”, putting a decisive period on a tumultuous 6 weeks.

Throughout 2023, charred notes were replaced, minds were mended, and the team prevailed. An 11th place finish with driver Mason Massey at Texas at the beginning of the season was a successful bounce back from the tumultuous start 2023 brought for RBR.
